White Chocolate Red Velvet Truffles

It’s a pretty safe bet to say everyone likes Godiva, right? Well, you can make these White Chocolate Red Velvet Truffles in your home and have your guest swearing you unwrapped them and plated them straight from a Godiva box! They are DIVINE and EASY and PERFECT for a Holiday Party!
Red Velvet Cake Mix
16oz Cream Cheese Frosting
Eggs or Egg Whites
Canola Oil
White Chocolate
Red Sparkle Gel
Follow instructions on box of cake mix. Bake in oven in a 13 x 9 dish at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes leaving cake moist. Once cake has baked allow to cool completely. In a large bowl once cooled crumble cake and mix in 16oz of cream cheese frosting (its messy). Roll into small balls and place in fridge allowing 2 to 3 hours to chill. Then melt your chocolate and dip each rolled red velvet ball into white chocolate using a bamboo stick or toothpick and place on wax paper to harden. Once hardened decorate with your candy gel and your candy pieces. Place in fridge and allow to chill for a few more hours. You can choose to leave in fridge or place in an air tight container on your countertop. THEY ARE SERIOUSLY THE BOMB!
