What’s a holiday without Deviled Eggs? I couldn’t make it home this year to Georgia so I brought the South to me! 🙂
1 Dozen Eggs
Salt & Pepper
Boil you eggs. Crack & peel and place on paper towel to absorb any water. Place cooked yolk in bowl add 1 tbsp of mustard, 3 tbsp of diced sweet pickles and 2 tbsp of pickle juice, 5 tbsp of mayonnaise, and 1/4 tsp salt & pepper. Mix together well (you can add more ingredients to flavor to your liking) and stuff your egg whites. I was going to use a piping bag to make the presentation pretty but I was having a hard time getting it through the tip. Then sprinkle with paprika. Wa-La ..Deviled Eggs!
